They took part in the 29M @ 0.4c (taking out MFC overhang) and the 50M @ 0.5c ($250K placement for 'admin") but remain under 19.9%. Another party took the balance - they are waiting on the sub notices. Market will like that Consminerals actually took more than the 50M, shows they are committed before the appendix 3B

No need to raise funds for several quarters

Consminerals likes their projects and looking to partner on something

Mediation with Liongold pending

Some big potential catalysts to come - Having Consminerals onboard at a 66% premium to current price, potential JV on number of projects to come and a case against Liongold for up to $13M yet EV is less than $500k ?

May stagnate till sub notices or just go boom
