Jzed since you are in favour, ask the Company when the annual report will be released to the shareholders as there will be no AGM for now as Resolution 1 – Adoption of the Remuneration Report cannot be voted on as the shareholders have not seen the Director’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2014. Most likely the loan of $150,000 and proposed convertible note facility from affiliates of Creafin with security over the "Company's assets" hasn’t enabled the auditors to sign off on the annual financial report and in particular that the Company is a going concern yet.
The Company will have to release the report sometime then reschedule the AGM date to be at least 28 days after the release date upon the ASX and ASIC giving their approval.
