3 possible reasons:
1 - takeover rumours swirling again
2 - they have the AGM in a week or so and there may be a leak on 1st quarter growth figures
3 - The CEO and 50% shareholder may be taking up my idea to do a 30% book-build to expand the shareholder base and trading liquidity
