Hi I understand what you are saying and appreciate the post. If you use that valuation metric
you refer to, then you are probably right. But that is not and how i come to my values.
You are basing your figures from the current market valuation, hype and hot air.
Do you really believe what they tell us is correct anyhow, because i do not. We all know this
stock is so manipulated, hyped, overstated. How can we know what they are telling us is true and not exaggerated. It is all just smoke and mirrors, the perception that makes us believe. They have done a good job up until now. Just take a look at the share price over the years and how the brokers continue to ramp it. Once this stock starts to tank, do you really think they will keep the current divdend anyhow. That will be slashed do virtually nothing in time. Not to forget the PE will also rise, as earnings drop. So even at $3 you could still have a PE of 30 or 40 or even 100 and a dividend yield of 1% or nothing. That said I have my own valuation method which is not what you use anyhow. So know point explaining it, as i like to keep it private. I give my target, people can make up their own mind as to what they want to do. At least they have an alternative view and not just the buy hold and never sell mentaility. Cheers.
