They need to tell us what running costs are without trials happening are
They need to specifically tell us full costs of any possibly future trials and the outline of how it will return value to ACL platform.
Need to tell us costs of closing down oncology so we know if the option is feasible
What value is trade sale of Fonda and will they distribute that and then raise to continue oncology if they can find support ( not likely to sell the golden goose paying their wage) ?

If they were smart and did it with a free mix of short and long dated options than it would give existing holders back the upside leverage and if hey do continue oncology then each investor has a choice to exercise if in the money or want exposure and if not they lapse or are sold. If management don't perform , can't or refuse communicate their ideas and shareprice stays in doldrums then simply no confidence and no further funding will be forthcoming and the hand will be forced to become a Fonda cashbox.

As Neo and Timber have said getting them to make tough decisions and kill their own job doesn't have high odds of success. Unless the major holders have TL and board by the nuts they gain nothing by putting more cash in and will do it when they have leverage at deaths door when they get a better deal. That is a long game but we do have several activist holders on board but not sure how much energy they will put in to direct the show.

As southoz has noted we urgently need full disclosure so decisions on value of oncology can be made and ACL has to put forward a definite circumstances justifying reasons to proceed any further.

PS Vote online now for the AGM . Just go to registry and simple . II couldn't see the ability to lodge questions that I see with other shares who have management who actually want feedback. Perhaps I missed it?
