You are absolutely right te te te, but I guess you are a very conservative investor with a required rate of return of 25% ( discount rate) , I on the other hand am happy with a required rate of return in my models of 8 to 10 percent.... I find I tend not to miss the " overvalued companies that keep going higher as their eps and cash flows go up"
