Well - I accept that (the SP plunge) was not about Viet Nam taxes - maybe it is the Chinese crackdown and the slowdown in Macao - spilling over into VN. This will pass I think, as the wealthy Chinese leadership will not incarcerate themselves, so it is obviously grandstanding, and not intended to be truly effective.
