National Court has issued a Court Order in Favour of the Hela Landowner group (Tagali Peoples Association)

(2.)  The first defendants, its servants, agents and whosoever are restrained from accepting, registering and or gazetting the Land Investigation Studies (LIS) and or Land Investigation Reports in relation to the Mt Kare Gold Project until further orders of this court.

(3).  In the view of the complicated issue of landowner identification, parties are directed to have this issue resolved through a mediated Court Ordered Mediation.
