$44 is just the chart target, but I have a feeling it could get well past that due to it looks like a lot of reactor companies have run their stockpiles very low and were planning to just buy on market with the low spot. Now with the rising spot they have been caught with their pants down and will have to scramble to grab stock before the price gets too high.
