The bigger disgrace here is ARW management. They have diluted this stock so many times since this company listed in 2005 at such ridiculously low prices and have let outside investors effectively steal ownership of the company from early investors that supported this company.
Yes, the Australian government changed tax rules on biodiesel. However, we've had such historically high oil prices that the company should've been able to survive regardless of this.
It's been the worst investment I have ever made and ARW management are, by far, the least competent I have come across in my 20 years of investing. I'm surprised this company is still listed at all and wonder how the parasites that run this company sleep at night knowing that they are still being paid for consistently destroying shareholder value.
