    Not bad considering current price 0.6c and consolidation set at 0.8c

    Last few pages of the report contain the financial on how they arrived at the valuation, so it isn't just plucked out of the air

    People may have forgotten these are operating and profitable businesses and we also got a better price on the deal than originally
