loofah21 you are living in a make believe world of how things could/should be, and so you have no solutions which will work because in some situations there are none. The world is not going to change for you or for me.
In the middle east the religious beliefs are very deeply held and unfortunately for peace, in the case of many of the muslims there those beliefs include the annihilation of Israel. They are not going to change their beliefs for you or I or anyone else and would prefer to die than alter their stance.
