An ASX listed tech company that actually has a plan.

25% of shares are held by management - a great incentive to reach these milestones.

With so many shares I wounder if management sat in the capital raising meetings thinking... "who cares, let's just go with someone who gives us the money then dumps on-market and ruins investor confidence"

or...

"Ok, we own a lot of shares. Lets make the best decisions and work hard to get the share price to $2 and we can all be filthy rich"

Probably a bit of both...
