I'm guessing the selling today is options related because this is the last day you can sell to raise funds to pay for the options on the 15th, although for the life of me, I don't know why you would sell down. At these levels after tax and commission one would be losing money.....
The director resignation is a strange one but he is only a non executive so I guess we save money there. I wonder if the resolution to pay him options will still be proposed...
