Hang on to the Toll and Patricks investments you made. In late January I posted the forecast that it would and regardless of whether the regulator would allow the first part Toll would proceed.
Patricks called their bluff. It failed. However, beware, Toll's strategies are not what you think they are. They will take some very surprising turns.
P&O and the Dubai Ports Authority which I also mentioned as players are talking to the parties.
There was an item in www.law-on-order.com which got pulled which provided details of Toll's take over, the Dubai ports problems with the US Congress, and a few more very interesting well researched piewces which may be worth contemplating.
www.law-on-order.com have also promised to air the politicians negotiating shares for their lobbying their government for various decisions in Australia which I also understand is being viewed by their lawyers before airing.
All in all 100% evidence backed forecasts. Hang on to Toll and Patricks.
