Dont think it was a pump and dump a few big buys only disappeared towards close when it became obvious they werent going to get filled at the price they wanted.
No dump at close - just big sell orders at 4c and 4.1c hoping to get filled but that wasnt happening either just by the fact they were plonked in.
High of 4.1c and close of 3.8c with all uranium stocks running I dont think qualifies as a pump and dump - esp because as you say, its actually a good/good value stock.
Short term hold, medium-long term buy from here imo.
