On 29/10 Nick stated that "the company will finalize deals in coming weeks and months". Note the words finalize and weeks. That was two weeks ago, with the AGM another two weeks away.
Now we know that they have been negotiating for some time, because they have repeatedly told us so in various announcements. So they must of been a long way down the track for him to say "finalize" and very confident in getting it over the line for him to say "weeks". Otherwise come the AGM he and the company are going to look very amateurish, a stigma they have been busily trying to turn around over the last 12 to 18 months.
They now need to deliver before AGM, or provide the market with an update well in advance of the AGM.
