I read the ASX announcement that said that the LIS was favourably received by the Hela guys. It was presented in a Hotel if I recall correctly, - the Highlander Hotel, but then that favourable opinion seems to have changed, according to the court action that is. To answer your question, one of the plaintiffs would need to be a HC member to state their case. I would also like to hear their side of the story. Where were these people when this was being done ? I can only assume they were part of it, according to the ASX announcement I mentioned. Are you suggesting that they just showed up ? I'm sure all will be revealed when the Company refers to it in an announcement.
