Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure under the
instructions to this form: The shareholders of SDL voted, at the Company's
annual meeting on 23 October 2014, to approve the issue 140,000 share options
that, upon exercise and payment of the exercise price, will entitle Nelson
Siva to acquire up to 140,000 shares in the Company in the period between 20
March 2017 and 20 September 2018.
