The only difference is the fire sale happens next month instead of next week and they might get a small % more, the worst thing that happened to this co was these crappy finance deals. All the did was delay the inevitable whilst diluting shareholder value to virtually nothing. Big winners here a) banks that now own your assets b) management that have well and truly milked the cow with ridiculous salaries and benefits. Big loosers, shareholders, as per normal the little guys get screwed by greedy execs and bankers.
