Hi CV,
I'm a fundamentalist and only use my limited TA knowledge to pick up bargains knowing the TA brigade sell as one when support is broken. In HDR's case, I see 1.71 as the level where stops are set and bargains are to be had. Can't see this happening but if it does, should bounce straight back after the flood of stops hit the market as one. Chinguetti production more than underpins the share price leaving more room to the upside than downside IMHO. On current estimates, $140 million dollars profit (as per presentation) assuming POO at US$45, will give HDR a PE of around 9 at the last closing price. Ridiculous for a company with such a mind boggling upside IMHO!
Cheers,
