I would suggest that he has considered what potentially could go wrong with ADO and send the share price plummeting.

Then, based on his knowledge of the technology, board, management, staff, potential customers and any non verbals he picked up on at the AGM he put MORE of his money where his mouth is and backed himself.

Regardless of wether you believe him to be wrong or right at least he is standing for something. Are you doing the same?
