I have a couple of posts to respond to. Yours first.

I didn't add any personal commentary to my post regarding the response from Scott as you can agree that this post needs to be clinical and any commentary from me may be misconstrued in what Scott said to me or at least what I believed he said.

Starting from the top of your post,

Did I feel foolish? Yes a little. This is a hard one to find the exact reasons. On one hand we, as shareholders employ qualified and capable people to do the job for us while we do other things. On the other hand we are owners of the company and we are entitled to ask questions.

Looking specifically at the power question, the answer was "down the middle" if that makes sense. We do know now that the power connection will take 3 months to construct. This may have surprised some but not me. The uncertainty is before we can construct the power line, we need the finance approval (I had guessed this previously). But also at this stage we only know that the power permit has been submitted.

So the power construction is dependent on two milestones.

Now at this stage of my post I reiterate, I am solely focused on the program.

"I am not asking these questions to be provocative" - see above statement. Pray tell us what is your definition of legitimate concerns.

I mentioned Kalenn in a general reference to HC. It was a telephone conversation not a court testimony.

"Did you also by any chance drop your (nic)name into the conversation? I wonder how Scott would have responded to that?" - My response to this question is that the whole tone of your post is one of deriding others because you believe that you are smarter than them.
