hcrabic, I have to agree with you. Until the Government and regulatory bodies actually look at the roles, duties and responsibilities that Directors are supposed to do, and make them accountable through the courts and not self regulation, directors will continue to look after themselves and not shareholders. MAE is not a lone wolf, the directors just very good at doing what they should not be doing. Unfortunately, not at all good at producing oil/gas as is the purpose of the company. AGM has been put off until December.....another delay.
