The question is, do you really want to throw more money at TOE ?
Might be able to pick them up at a cheaper price.
Most of these issues usually fall below the offer price.
There are other uranium would be producers out there.
One, PEN, who claims, they could be producing in approx. five months.
But are they worth the money?
I'm about to dive into their company announcements to see for myself.
There share price is 2.4 cents and 3.4 plus billion shares on offer,
which could be read as a warning of danger,keep away.
