Another meeting to be called at Nen to try and replace directors by there major shareholder...this story is going to become a bigger read than War and Peace.....and may take another year of in fighting......
The preditor is stalking its prey.....only just another battle in there war...
This marger/takeover is going no where.....
Beside..Meo shareholders are not silly enough to take .7 of a Nen share and give away 50% of the company just for $20 less redundany payments of say $6million plus restructuring cost....etc..etc...
When they still have $10 million and farmouts on the table....12mths of cash to splash....just a hint that the chairman is eating spaggeti with Eni in Italy and the Meo sharholders will realise that this Takeover is not a deal which has merit....
Do Ur own research and vote againts a deal that only gets a preditor off Neons back...
and does zero to enhance meo shareholder value.....
