So obviously a banker announcement since they have obviously spoken to Griffin about this in the past.
Can be good, may be an average thing. Will have to see how it pans out. I personally hope its only for Lisa re-usable autoinjectors. Let them manufacture them turn key and we just take royalties and their roll out complements our customers using Unifill
Sure it means less capital spend to have them make devices but it also means splitting the treasure. So with UNS claims of 40% + margins this cant be for banker devices like Unifill or wearables. (LOL I hope)
Otherwise, its a slightly worrying trend for me...Flextronics taking some device margins off us because we cant justify or not interested in the building the capacity....Ocu-ject needs Schott tech as well so any device sales and possible profits will be split.
Just thinking out loud. Wonder how much substance we will get the AGM vs "it is an amazing deal for UNS and holders!" LOL, suppose I have to be fair and give them a chance to explain the strategy....but have been thinking about it a lot since the Griffin report comments
