Trustpower Limited "TPW080" senior bonds - record date and trading halt

Trustpower advises that the record date for payment of the redemption amount
of its "TPW080" bonds (which mature on 15 December 2014) is Friday, 28
November 2014.
NZX Regulation has agreed to place the TPW080 bonds in trading halt from
close of trading on Tuesday, 25 November until the maturity date on Monday,
15 December when the TPW080 bonds will cease to be quoted on the NZX Debt
Market.
