Santa Claus is coming.....

Obviously I know that Santa Claus is fictional (and we are dealing with reality), but thought it was worth starting a new thread where we can talk about our interpretations of the AGM and expectations for the weeks leading up to Christmas.

My positive triggers for this week were;

Geoff not backing away from deals before Christmas at the AGM.

Geoff confirming at the AGM that there are multiple term sheets currently in play.

MB stating publicly that he is at Anteo to "smash it, smash it, smash it!!!"

Geoff confirming that the additional sensitivity requested by BBI of 2x was smashed out of the park by Charlie who achieved 20x.

Geoff confirming via multiple sources that he had dinner with (and at the request of) the BBI MD.

Confirmation that the ADO senior team were being dispersed far and wide and all over the world following the AGM.

Geoff stating that he felt that Philips (sorry, POC1) was currently leading the race with BBI to a commercial outcome.

What are your triggers (happy to hear positive and negative provided you can back them up)?
