Uranium spot price rising rapidly - now up to $US43/lb, which equates to just a smidgeon below $Aus50/lb
The intrinsic and potential value of ACB's uranium deposits alone (ignoring the coal for this exercise) has increased by over 20% in the last couple of weeks. The spot price rise was $1 overnight, from $42 to $43 alone.
So the share price is lagging badly behind the intrinsic increase in the value of the asset.
Both price and volume would suggest that this is a gem waiting to be discovered by those with a slightly higher appetite for risk, and who may be looking for a potential multi-bagger.
