When something said about MSB is not resoundingly positive, that does not automatically make it “shrill and negative”.
It might simply be neutrally factual.
Given the rate of MSB’s current rate of cash burn (refer [*] below) MSB clearly needs to bring in a funding partner soon, if it is to avoid another capital raising within the next 12 months, and I happen to think MSB’s disc program is the most promising in its portfolio for partnering potential.
So I think it makes eminent sense for them to raise the profile of their disc trial results.
(Now surely there is no way you can construe that as a “shrill and negative” view?)
