    Control of VIC P47 looks to be an audacious move by OBL.

    Bass Strait gas producers will be looking to increase supply to NSW over next 5 years. On offer is gas prices rising by as much as 300% as Australian gas reaches world parity pricing due to east cost exporters winding up progressively over next three years.

    OBL should be able to attract new partners with deeper pockets and then raise matching co-funding.
