Im not too hung up on whether a company is making a profit or not. I used to be. But now ive come to realize that some companies making losses seem to go up in price, and some making profits seem to go down in price. Bad announcements price goes up ( like qantas mid year), good announcement price goes down ( like some banks a few years ago)
I can,t work it out, so i just follow the charts . Warren Buffet would freak out but each to their own.
