Well thats good p87, tell that to the hundreds of multinationals doing business there carving out a handsome living.Oh ,and the companies TRYING to do business in Angola.From my understanding De beers is still waiting on approval for an exploration licence.As you said yourself, Debeers has plenty of briefcases, doesn't seem to be changing there situation .
