I've just had a look at the annual report. The numbers look horrible:
Income statement --
-- revenue 68m
-- cost of sales 103m
so operationally they're losing 35m pa.
Financial position statement --
-- cash 0.5m
-- receivables 9.3m
-- total current liabilities 9.7m
so they've got virtually no nert cash.
Cash flow --
-- net operating cash flow -ve 25.3m
-- capital raising 23.8m
-- cash at end year 0.5m
so without another raising, at this rate they're broke already.
They seem to be totally dependent on water trading, so even if they aren't broke already some sustained rainfall would wipe them out.
Have I missed something, or has the company's position improved materially since 30 June?
