ask yourself this...if most IO stocks have retraced back to GFC lows..then I would imagine that if the T/O had not proceeded then IOH SP would be at around 10c or lower...
A disgraceful incompetent blunder from BCI management who achieved only in opening the door for the destructive mugs to destroy the stock
