watso re: 3.5 inch disc - help needed further to Dave r comments, go to "my Computer" right click on drive "A", left click on "copy disk". This will copy the disk data to a temporary file and then ask you to insert an empty disk and then will write the copied data back to your balnk disk in drive "A"
