This will fall straight to the bottom line as the infrastructure is already in place and will offer great leverage.
. The NZ FX acquisition will be earnings accretive. The per km cost was cheap and has an amazing ability to increase capacity at very low $ cost values. This will give longevity to their business and provide somewhat of an economic moat against competition.

Thanks for the facts, MrModesty. I know that TPG has announced that they have "no specific intention regarding Amcom other than to own shares as a strategic investment", so it appears unlikely that they'll scuttle the deal - but do you know how long the VOC/AMM due diligence will take?
