great post but I think most of the informed punters here will simply brush it aside. Who needs profitability when you have a flashy new graph that shows new signups.
A life saving product that has incredibly successful proven outcomes, still needs to be sold in an abundance to be profitable.
Mr Market is seldom kind to any company that keeps away from profitability.
