Thanks Zac. My understanding would be that voluntary suspension is just an ASX matter to do with the trading of equities. Voluntary administration is an insolvency matter, and the Board would be personally liable if the company conducted business whilst the Board knew it to be insolvent, and unable to cover its debts. As far as I know, COK has conducted business as usual this week, so the voluntary suspension of share trading is not voluntary administration related.
