The problem is spooked holders keep dumping on market leading to large drops in SP. This spooks other holders who then dump. Need to get rid of these weak holders.
Plus no one is buying. And why would you when you have scared, weak holders dumping their holdings.
Now is the time for management to throw out an ANN.
