What was told to Shareholders to vote on was load of shit imo.
Work out what I posted, that was voted on. IF I've got it anywhere near right!
It would give ACE to Itochu for 152m and allow them shares in AGS effectively giving them a dividend, if AGS issue one for the Sale.
I must be wrong, surely.
