I think most insiders as you say are set, remember menzies have been unloading and probably still are. We need an announcement followed by high volume, 150 million plus which we should see once NLC have given the green light. IMO lots of people are sitting on the sidelines, history in delivering a deal has made investors wary, then once we get media attention we will have another group of investors entering, hopefully interesting times very shortly!!
