I am speculating based on typical cash flow requirements of similar sized operations (and cash conversion cycles).
Past history of Breakaway reports would also point to a raise being a strong possibility

Factor in current balance sheet (and post acq estimate).
I also do not think that 100% debt funding is viable - even if its only for the short term
Paying off interest payments with debt is not a good sign
