That's all very good, but that whole interview is confusing to say the least.
Is it about greenhouse gas emission and global warming, or is it about smog gasses that are poisonous to the population?
The two are totally different. Totally.
CO2, the greenhouse gas, is invisible at all times, ie. cannot be seen or photographed. It is not smog or anything like it.
I doubt if there will ever be any progress while the proponents don't know which issue they are attacking. Abject ignorance on display.
