Cost of manufacture for each unit? Yet to be known but that will go down with time as with all technologies that develop and improve. But the reason I say '00s or '000s per unit is for industrial safety applications, there's usually a premium margin on the retail price, compared to most electronic appliances/devices.
I used to work for a company producing training simulators for the resources sector and their products sold for tens of thousands of dollars - because of the improved safety and efficiency from using their products.

To put simply, lots of $$$.
