This is extremely disappointing to note, to say the least:
Reasons:
1. My understanding was that all survey work for the rail had been completed - these guys continued to bragg about how little bridges had to be built;
2. Corridor had already, supposedly, been dedicated by the Cam Gov:
Cam Gov had recent news release advising that the they (NOT SDL) will commence engaging in discussion with landowners and EXPROPRIATE PRIVATE LAND (this will always entail a massive cost - seems like this cost is also shifted to SDL - I'd have thought at the expense of CAM GOV but I think we are in a massive shock) to get hold of the land;
3. How many have been appointed for this job? Looks like SDL is appointing left right and centre to now do these jobs at shareholder expense - before we know it - another CR;
4. I cannot think for one moment that this person is part of the group to address EP3 (he said he's done it all before - what's the likelihood having addressed EP3 if it only kicked in at beginning of year? How many and at what cost had been appointed. If it is EP3 compliance - these shites knew about it for ages, when I first raised an alarm bell on massive time delay; why are people only looking now at Employment Contracts.

I just don't believe or trust these shites no more. This is nothing less that re-doing failed work in the past. What a bunch of bl%$^%^ amateurs. Very worried!!
