I suspect that they would like to see a small higher swell weather event to prove their computer model is correct in regards to stresses and performance of a single buoy , pipe and accumulator module , everything in the shed running live along with all the sensors so you stress test one without the complication of the other 2 being there and online. . Until they have that data from a real life deployment they would rightfully be cautious. Much easier/ cheaper to rectify a problem or remove a single buoy than have 3 causing issues and also much easier to amend something on a pod if on dry land. I don't know the reasonable time frame to acquire that data but you would think they would like to see some consistency and then proceed from there and do the other 2 at once as they will have learnt a lot with the first deployment. They have a lot of learning to do to ensure model is correct and that the engineering or all components although land tested individually when now connected are performing to the standards they require. In summary I don't expect deployment to happen straight away unless they are very confident and everything to date meets all the engineering computer models and that will require a suitable cycle of weather . There is no need to rush or be gun ho about the next 2 buoys as it just adds risk doing it early or fast .

I am unsure if all 3 buoys will have the same the same stress and complex monitoring equipment or if the next 2 will have just a basic operational package of electronics since they are all the same design?

Edit. The next 2 deployments when they are ready to go will happen very fast and smooth i suspect as they will be trialing how to save costs and make the whole process more time efficient and lower risk to all personnel as they will have learnt from first install. That will then become their model to market to clients. My guess is many weeks away
