OK, this seems to be taking far too long. Im not being impatient nor am I concerned with the CETO development. BUT, if this needs to be delivered on a dinner plate conditions. Its time to look at alternate ways to deploy. May be have a float tank be towed and lift it into position, its got to be lifted at some time. Or submerge the tank. Or a ship with flooding technology. Because at the minute where in the world is it going to be calm for this length of time.
