Yes upgrades are likely. FAR is saying 700mbbls recoverable to Bells so that has to be the minimum that can be claimed at present.

Its worth another reminder of how this compares to other global finds. Its BIG!! Its like Jubillee so among the biggest of the decade offshore Africa.

Its also a LOT bigger than HDR's Chinguetti. Just comparing what we know about SNE, Chinguetti had a very similar oil column and net to gross. The area of closure for the field was 12.4 square km (it had a diameter of 4.5 km). From page 13 of the last IP from FAR we can see that the oil leg at SNE has an areal closure of more at least 150 square km (being 12 km wide and 13 km long). So it is potentially more than 10 times the size of Chinguetti. No wonder CN uses words like enormous, monumental and large stand-alone development. This is the stuff of dreams for explorers (and majors for that matter) and eventually the market will realise this. Up until then do your own research and make the most of this opportunity.
